Tiegerweide :

Our visit to Tiegerweide was the highlight of our trip.

Thanks to our guide Olga Shmakina we have found the location of the old Janzens place.

The new owner turned out to be very nice and showed us everything we wanted to see, He told us that a part of the back wall of the house was old. And yes, it was typical old Mennonite brickwork.

Olga had the impression that the new house was build on the foundation of the original house.
